We will go through a detailed intake of your health and wellness. We will discuss ways to support increasing your overall vitality as well as addressing current health challenges. We will write out your goals and plans together.

Foundational Nutrition Consultation

It turns out we are what we eat, and food is medicine!! Learn the basics to solid nutrition and eating a nutrient dense diet based on your personal energetic constitution and lifestyle. What kinds of foods are right for you, what to avoid for optimal health, and take a look at underlying issues that compromise your overall health and vitality in regards to nutrition.

Together we will take a look at your nutritional and constitutional profile, from there creating goals, grocery lists, and even meal plans if you wish, tailored to your individual needs. Proper nutrition and self care can be a revolutionary beginning on your path to wellness and true vitality. We can learn so much about ourselves, and heal from the inside out through grounding ourselves in solid nutritional choices and learning what works best for our individual bodies.
